PyCharm 2019.3 editor not working
Each time I type any of these characters [A-Za-z0-9\,\_], it is automatically deleted. Looks as if the backspace key got stuck for these characters. All other characters (brackets, quotes, %,etc) work fine. (I don't have vim extension installed.)
This is not the problem with keyboard since it works ok outside PyCharm.
Help please?

Do you have any 3rd party plugins installed?
If so, try disabling them.
Otherwise, try starting IDE with defaults - rename/remove configuration folder https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html
For me, it's happened because of Kite plugin https://kite.com/integrations/pycharm/.
