Version 2019.3 Feedback

After using 2019.3 for a couple of weeks now I can honestly say that this version is the worst to come out.

VCS takes 3-10 times longer to deal with than 2019.2, it now takes up to 3 minutes to "Perform VCS refresh" , previous versions took seconds.
"Version Control" panel takes 1-3 minutes to display any changes (like adding, deleting or committing files) now, in 2019.2 and earlier changes displayed in the "Version Control" panel pretty immediately.

I can see this version costing me a lot of extra time and if these issues are not addressed I cannot see myself continuing my subscription beyond its expiration of July 08, 2020, Eclipse IDE is still around and I can go back to that.
