PhpStorm stops responding and other bugs
I updated PhpStorm I think two days ago to version 2019.3, build #PS-193.5233.101, and since then, things started behaving strangely.
First typing `pstorm .` in my terminal didn't open the project. Then, I had to manually add this command, and now it always ask me whether I should open in new window or in current.
Then I couldn't close opened window. It would close a project but the window is gray and just stays there. Last thing that started happening is that the editor just freezes, and I need to force quit it :S
Also, when I go and click to create new files or directories often times I would type but nothign happens, so I need to close the opened prompt to type file name and do it again.
I'm on macOS Catalina.
Are there logs I can attach?

You can change the behavior at Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Project Opening.
Also, I submitted this as a usability problem because per my opinion this doesn't make much sense too: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-229543
It's been fixed already, but the fix is not published yet: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-205849
I think we can expect the fix to be in 2019.3.2.

Good to see that it wasn't just me. Thanks for helping out. I hope that the fix will come out soon :)
