Cannot write or modify code in a Python project (professional pycharm)

Pycharm 2019.3.1 - Windows 7

 

Hey, guys,
After creating a file, I can't write, modify or delete a line.

After creating an app in a Django project, I can't set the canonical path to the appconfig class.

Hello, 

Please try to re-install the IDE with default settings. 

To do that, please rename configuration folders https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/project-and-ide-settings.html

 

Let me know the results.
