Performance niggles in 2019.3

Recently updated to 2019.3 and can't be 100% sure but code analysis / suggested fixes appear to be slower.

For example, I have a command line tool to generate a small JSON file. When I run this and then switch to the (updated) JSON file in the editor it takes 5-10 seconds to complete analysis and in the meantime shows:

And when using Alt+Enter to bring up quick fixes for imports (in Typescript) I often see "Loading service fixes..." rather than the expected "Import from ...".

Anyone else having similar issues? Don't feel I have enough to go on to raise a support ticket just yet...
