Python Files Stored in Private or Temporary Paths
Hello. I have PyCharm full edition, and use it regularly. Why are the Python files stored in a temporary/private location that is not openable after that file being closed? Here is a screenshot explaining my issue.

Why would you store it there in the first place? This location requires root permissions.
Also, I would recommend opening the folder containing the files as a project, instead of opening a single file.
