Unable to Access PhpStorm by Student License
Hello , I'm using IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate as well as PhpStorm , I'm able to access Intellij IDEA Ultimate using my university email (Student Pack, which expires in September 2020) but a few days ago I installed PhpStorm, tried logging in it using my Jet Brains Account (Student Pack again), There's a message being shown "no suitable licenses associated with account". I had already applied for a student pack. If I try again for applying for a new Student pack using my university email, they show that "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account, or check the email reminder we send out one week before your license expires for the same link". It redirects me to the page,where I see: "No available licenses" again. Please tell me,how can I access to PhpStorm. (I'm still a student)

Do I understand it correctly that you have only "IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate" license in your "account.jetbrains.com" site profile?
Predictably, IDEA and PhpStorm are different products but what you may try now is to install the "PHP" plugin in your existing IDEA installation -- that should give you PhpStorm features available there.
