Support for multiple Jupyter Servers

Right now PYCharm has support for a single managed jupyter server. However my deployment scenario has multiple jupyter server to which I can connect and run workloads.

In order to able to switch servers in a more pratical way, I would suggest to allow multiple jupyter servers to be configured, so that they can selected in the drop down available in notebooks.
