2019.3.3 Project File List Density

I just updated to 2019.3.3 and the density of files in the Project panel is significantly different. I've rolled back to 2019.3.2 and the density has gone back to normal. Is there a new setting where this can be adjusted?

I'm running Gnome Desktop on Ubuntu 19.10 with JetBrains Toolbox managing my IDE installations.
