Multiple open tool windows open?

Is it possible to have more than 2 tool windows open? I would like to have project, npm and structure windows open.

You can have at most 2 tool windows open one above the other: for example, if the Project tool window location is "Left Top", the Structure view has to be moved to "Left Bottom" :
