I get this error:

Error:Java FX Packager: Can't build artifact - fx:deploy is not available in this JDK

version: 2019.3.3

See https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-200721 for the workarounds.

fx:deploy is available only for Java 8.
