Update PyCharm for Anaconda

I'm using PyCharm for Anaconda Professional in Windows10 x64 since version 2019.3. I always update manually. The update check never finds newer version. Is it known behaviour or a bug? Before I was using PyCharm without Anaconda and it was always finding if new version available.
Latest version atm is 2019.3.4 but my PyCharm says I use latest version.
