No way to easily move .java file from source folder to excluded/non-source folder, other than ctrlx/ctrlv

Is there any way to move a .java file from a source folder to another folder that isn't a source folder (like an excluded folder) without using ctrl-x + ctrl-v? When I try to drag and drop them, it does not allow it to move.

Ctrl-x + ctrl-v works though. But it's kinda weird, and it didn't happen in earlier versions.
