VMoptions arguments to rescale window/dpi?

what are the arguments in VMoptions to rescale JetBrains applications?
My Text is really blurred so I want to try different DPI and scale settings until it fits.
The only argument I found yet is
-Dide.ui.scale=0.8
but this just scales the symbols etc. and still blurred.
adding sommelier -X --scale=1.3 to my .desktop-file works, everything is sharp but it doesn't run code, gets stuck in "building"
