Resource Bundle save not working in Resource Bundle editor

Occurs after updating to IntelliJ IDEA Community 2020.

I have 2020.2 installed, this issue still occurs.
Please report a new issue at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=IDEA with the sample project to reproduce and the logs (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data) attached.
