failed to create interpreter
I have a question about running python files.PyCharm Community Edition 2020.1 x64 (new install) 
Why is this happening? I thought I set the configuration correctly. Any ideas? Thank

I think it's this known issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-40423
The fix is planned for 2020.2 release. As a workaround, please install python from www.python.org and use it as the project interpreter.
