Introduction to Python stepik course no longer starting in any confuguration

So I attempted to start the tutorial again since I started forgetting a lot of things.

And the tutorial crashed at the end of the loading.

I tried using the system 3.7 install, also tried several Anaconda 3 venvs,

I have a video of it if I can submit it privately.

Steps to fix:

1. Create an empty Python project.

2. Go to Help | Find Action | Switch Task Description Panel and choose Swing instead of JavaFX.
