Project Interpreter
can anyone help me? everytime i want to add project interpreter in pycharm pro 2019.3.3, the warning keep coming. i already try to reinstall and install it in different folder. thanks

Could you please try running the following command with your interpreter?
python -m pip list
Make sure to use the same interpreter as in PyCharm
