CLion 2020.1.1 on a Windows tablet, can't select text

I am using a Wacom mobile studio pro tablet and after updating to CLion 2020.1.1 I couldn't use my tablets' pen to select text. Before the update I couldn't scroll using either the pen or my hand, but now both of them scroll but cannot select. This change happened only on CLion, so I assume this is part of the update. I don't have a mouse for the tablet and couldn't find any option to change this feature, so any help on how to revert it would be very appreciated.
