Autocomplete USE on phpstorm doesn't insert blank line

Hi,

Since approximately one month, 

When i want import new class, the use created doesn't contain a break line.

This cause two use in one line ? How can i fix it ?

i have a similar issue with inserting phpdoc

My phpdoc does not contain an indentation tab
