Multi-user install

I have installed JetBrains Toolbox, and then PyCharm Community on a CentOS 7 system. I realize now this is installed only for my userID. I don't have a lot of spare room to give up another 980Mb, I'd like to set this for multiple users. I saw this post https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000047724-Using-same-Toolbox-installation-for-multiple-accounts-on-same-machine-Ubuntu- (which isn't CentOS, I get it) but my second user doesn't have JetBrains Toolbox installed either.

Is there a way to rescue this install and make it available to other users? If not, and I were to uninstall and reinstall, is there a better way to make this available to all users?

And, does a multi-user install use common settings?
