Working with remote machine, clion is not syncronizing all project folders

I'm using a container to develop, but Clion is not syncronizing all folder. I cant build and compile, but when I want to see some files, like ctrl+click them in the includes, it doesn't work, saying "Cannot find declaration to go". When I see the local cache, some dependency folders are not in the host machine.

Is this some kind of bug, or I can configure something to make it work.
