Goland "file system synchronization" ignore Exclusion folders 关注

i have inside my projet a data folder excluded from the projet tree.
This projet contains millions of files and i can have thousands of files refreshed by running processes.
It makes the Editor Hang and becomes completely unavailable to write code.
Sometimes, when i open the project in the editor , i have to wait 5 to 20 minutes, it began it reindexes and stop on that folder, before continuing.
i'm using the latest version of the editor but the problem is the same on all versions even older ones

Can you send a screenshot with your project directory tree?
the cache folders contains around 8 millions files
Thanks! Tell me please, the situation persists if you uncheck "Synchronize files on frame or editor tab activation" in Preferences (Settings) > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings?

the downside is the refresh message that says that a file is modified on te disk but it's ok
