hello everybody. as you know Iranian people use cracked version of services and this is usual but I'm trying to get legal service because i'm not a robber.
i was trying to get free license of PHPStorm but in country i didn't find my country. i want to ask to help me. i need an IDE to work with and make my projects. please help ... I searched to find an E-mail address to contact with Intellij team but i couldn't....

of the products. Specifically, I'd like to know what triggered the blocking and why it wasn't mentioned in my agreement.
