Plugins not loading

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem now a days. I used IntelliJ IDEA ultimate, CLine & WebStorm till now. All have the same issue. When I open settings>plugins>marketplace the page shows loading and loading. I mean it doesn't stops loading and after a few moment (almost within 5 minutes) it says nothing found. Then I have to close the IDE then open it again and after several time doing this, then it loads. I have checked the internet connection and everything is okay. I have also checked the firewall if it is blocking or not. This is very irritating problem. Any permanent solutions? (I am using JetBrains IDEs on windows platform)
