My friend's IDE is different than my IDE
Hey,
My friend and I using WebStorm IDE. But his IDE is very different than my IDE, he has less feature than my IDE.
For example:

Why is this happens? How can we fix this?

Hi there,
That is Light Edit mode (new in 2020.1 version). It is used when using "Open file in WebStorm" kind of functionality from your file manager or when opening file/folder from command line.

Solution: launch IDE in "full mode" and work with projects.
