Intellij Idea will not open windows 10

Intellij will not run, I tried using command prompt and got this error Error opening zip file or JAR manifest missing : /absolute/path/to/jetbrains-agent.jar, please can anybody assist?

You have added a crack to the .vmoptions file. Remove it: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544869.
