what kind of support can I have if I buy CLion?

Hi there, I just started evalutating CLion. I am using it to remotely debug my C++ applicatons on debian 10. I just run into issues like GDB complaining about not being able to find source file, or not being able to set breakpoints.
It seems that I will need some support if I really buy CLion and invest time into it. Can someone from the company explain what kind of technical support I can get, to help me with the final purchase decision?
