how to disable every notification popping up on the code

How can I disable every pop up while coding? I can't write 5 lines without having some useless pop-up telling me some useless stuff, covering my code which I would like to see while writing.

Basically, nothing has to cover my code while I'm writing, It's so damn annoying.
