Disable Flow panel
I am running in a strange situation, suddenly I started receiving a popup panel for flow inspection but I never used it. Is there a way to turn it off? I tried to google it but I found nothing how to disable it, it's really annoying because this panel popups every time I switch to another file!

You must have set up Flow in Settings | Languages & Frameworks | JavaScript; if you don't have Flow installed, clear a path to Flow package and disable all options in Use Flow server for section
