F12 (Jump to Last Tool Window) broken in last version?

Edit: Nevermind, seems it has been fixed in 2020.3.2!

Hello,

Seems that the last update broke the keyboard shortcut F12. I use it for jumping between code and console (by cycling between Esc and F12). Suddenly it stopped doing anything, it doesn't respond at all.

I checked the keymap and it's still bound correctly to "Jump to Last Tool Window". Tried restarting, running as admin, rebinding F12... not sure what else can be done.

Any ideas?
