Reindexing all projects after IDE update

Seriously!? Is there any sane reason to do that? My projects haven't changed a single bit. So, for fuck sake, why do you force indexing? What kind of retard came up with this idea? Any way you won't fix is so I just came here to complain and blow off some steam.
