Hello,
We've released a stable version of JetBrains Runtime for Apple Silicon. It's already included in 2020.3.1 updates. You can update GoLand using Toolbox App or by selecting Apple Silicon in the download button.
Currently, you need to build Delve manually using the instruction and remove a path to custom build after upgrade to 2020.3.2.
