Constrained Soft Wrap in Active Editor Window.

When i open my CSV file with long lines, the supervisor powers a delicate wrap which is hypothetically to improve coherence. Constraining delicate wraps has all the earmarks of being default conduct for the IDE.

I can turn off the delicate envelop by each document by unchecking View > Active Editor > Use Soft Wraps
I have delicate wraps turned off naturally in inclinations by unchecking Preferences > Editor > General > Use Soft Wraps in Editor

Is it conceivable to prevent the IDE from constraining delicate wrapping? I disdain this conduct. It fundamentally lessens meaningfulness for me and is contrarily affecting my efficiency.
