Inspections not working
So I’m new to PhpStorm...
Most things are fine, but it complains that common constants, functions are undefined and offers a quick fix to import them, which fails.
Runs fine, it’s just the inspections that complain.
Any ideas?

Please check how it goes after manual caches folder removal.
Well after many attempts, I finally took the sledgehammer approach. I deleted every single reference to Jetbrains on my machine and reinstalled everything and now it works. So I have no idea what was wrong, I'm just happy everything is working.
