How to remove filter criteria from editor page?

I ran two "full text search" on a DB Table. Great. However now I have the two filters featured on the top of Table page next to the little magnifying glass. I want rid of these and the gap that now is present by the magnifying glass. I can not for the life of me find how to get rid of the criteria and eliminate the gap.
Any ideas ?

Many thanks. I can remove the gap. Ok - next question: the filter statement stays in the row so that if I create a new filter, the old filter is still there. Clicking the small magnifying glass on the left side shows them. I have tried deleting them using the 'x' on the right hand side, but they do not delete. How do I get rid of these old unwanted filter statements?
