Why my 2020.3.2 IntelliJ IDEA “Allow parallel run” check box is missing

Hello everyone
Can someone tell me why my IntelliJ "Run/Debug Configurations" doesn't have an "Allow parallel run” check box? Can someone tell me how can I get it back?
My "Run/Debug Configurations" missing a lot of checkboxes, but I don't know why this happens.
