Pycharm keeps prompting "Please enter your password to make changes in system packages"

I've installed a Pycharm on a new iMac and now Pycharm is asking for the eighth-time tonight for me to re-enter my password.

How can I have it save it or authorize it one and done.

It seems like this started when I chose the requirements.txt file under tools.
