macOS Big Sur, cannot use navigate back or forward shortcut

I tried using ⌘[ or ⌘] but nothing happens, while from menu it works.
Any hints? I have a Mac Air M1

I'm afraid it is a known usability problem across JetBrains IDEs logged as IDEA-165950 in our issue tracking system.
We are actively working on resolving it. You can vote for the issue and follow it to receive updates on the progress.
In the meantime, try assigning different shortcuts to the actions as a workaround.
A litte add: same condition for Project structure, which shortcut is ⌘;
On my keyboard the ';' is the equivalent of Shift+, however shift+⌘+, does nothing
