Rider Mac: C# - region collapse (with video)

I've read a few old posts on regions but none of the fixes seem to work for me. Simply put, the c# regions keyword isn't collapsable in Rider mac. I've tried shortcuts and I've also tried the mouse accessed folding options.
I posted a video displaying the issue.

What version are you on? I can't seem to reproduce the problem in the latest 2021.1 EAP release.
Does it help if you temporarily disable all downloaded plugins under File | Settings | Plugins | Installed and restart the IDE using the File | Invalidate Caches & Restart menu option?
