Unable to evaluate the expression No such instance method: 'toArray'

I use Kotlin for my plugin.
When i try to expand List in the debugger i see:

Unable to evaluate the expression No such instance method: 'toArray'

I see this issue starting from 2020.3. Invalidate Caches doesn't help
