Unable to renew my Student License

My license expired on June 30th this year. I have been trying to renew my license thorugh the Github Student Developer Pack which is still valid until April 2027.
Everytime i Click on the renewal link i recieve on my email, it initially shows you are almost done. Then, when i click on Get Started it says that the URL i used was expired and tells me to start afresh.

problem, provide information about your GitHub username, send a screenshot of your GitHub profile with your name and the date of
being verified as belonging to a student, your student email address and attach any officially issued document in the PDF format with your
full name and confirmation of your current student status until at least December 2026 for validation of your JetBrains account
ownership and eligibility.
After getting this information and a document I'll investigate what was going wrong.
