Command Lammps

Hi,

Quick clarification first: do you want to run the lmp executable, or import the lammps module in Python? 

Either way, two things to know:

- The lammp module is a ctypes wrapper around the compiled LAMMPS shared library, so liblammps.dll has to be present. There's no official wheel on PyPI, so pip install lammps won't work: https://docs.lammps.org/Python_install.html

- conda-forge builds LAMMPS for Linux and macOS only, so conda install -c conda-forge lammps isn't an option on Windows.

On Windows 11 that leaves the installer at https://packages.lammps.org/windows.html (library is built shared and the Python module is installed; you may still need liblammps.dll), or building/installing inside WSL. 

Note that WSL interpreters require PyCharm Pro
