URGENT - Academic email for PyCharm services isn't working

Hello, I have joined a class where the teacher uses pycharm for the class assignments and homework. We did a form so that we could apply for free products with my academic email. But when I was activating my account, it just didn't work but it worked for everyone else. I used my college email but its asking me to pay rather than giving me free access to the software.
