Hello,
Basic code highlighting is working in Power Save Mode, but code insight (inc. inspections) and background tasks are disabled. It is expected behavior, and there is no way to change it.
Pay attention to the Automatic Power Saver plugin that enables power save mode when window focus is lost. It should help to keep all IDE features and low battery consumption.
