Please explain the usecase, why do you need to disable these?
I need modify run/debug configuration and change presentText , I can add two own action on this menu ,but make thie menu has duplicate actions (only different configuration).
This list is filled automatically with suitable run configuration executors. There is currently no way to override this behavior
