Jupyter support - joke?
1. Whats going on? Cell running? Cell hangs? It finished the work? Or variables window crashed?
2. Gone the "+" button. So I cant create new cell.
3. No "Clear output" function. You reported about this in 2019, still no decision.

Does it help to restart the Jupyter server? I know this is not the best solution, but might temporarily help.
I am wondering if there is a reproducible scenario?
