Unable to continue using student license

I'm a student from China and I'm using a Jetbrains student license, but when I tried to log in to the new IDE I found that my license is no longer available
I am sure my student license is not expired because it is still available on another IDE, but I can't find it on https://account.jetbrains.com/licenses and I can't use another IDE anymore
I would like to know how I can continue to use my student license
