2021.2.1 dialogue windows are borked and missing background and field options
On Manjaro Linux. Just did upgrade to 2021.2.1 and dialogues all over the place are broken. I tried invalidating caches and restarting system, but all dialogues are borked. Also tried reinstalling, but no change.
If I click where the checkboxes to set conditions used to be, the checkbox fields will show up one at a time.

Also, try disabling the "com.dubreuia" plugin you have installed.

I've also disabled the "com.dubreuia" plugin, but the issue persists. Also, just updated to phpstorm 2021.2.2, but still no change.
Thanks for sharing the log files pack. It seems to be that you are using not a bundled JRE:
Is there any specific reason for this setup?
I'm using the AUR for Arch. I'm running on Manjaro Linux. Have never had an issue in the past.

Installing https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/phpstorm-jre resolved the issue.
