How to grant service logon as other account at instance tomcat?

My project uses a network drive set as a virtual directory.
This requires running tomcat as an account with network privileges.
If you use run/debug tomcat-server in IntelliJ,
Because IntelliJ itself runs tomcat, cannot set up an account as shown in the figure.
How can I set it up as a different user account?
